Welcome to Cloud Cannabis (cloudcanabis.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, digital pre-ordering menu systems, and fulfillment services. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Age Verification and Legal Compliance
Cannabis products are strictly regulated. By using this website and placing a pre-order, you certify that:
You are an adult aged 21 or older with a valid, government-issued photo identification.
If making a medical purchase, you hold a valid, active medical cannabis card.
You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and consumption of cannabis.
2. Purchase Limits and Consumption
In strict accordance with Michigan regulatory standards, adult-use recreational transactions are capped at 2.5 ounces of cannabis per transaction. Registered medical cannabis cardholders may purchase up to 10 ounces.
Per state guidelines, cannabis consumption is restricted strictly to private residences. Public consumption and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence remain completely illegal.
3. Minimum Orders and Nationwide Fulfillment
Order Minimum: Our system enforces a mandatory $50 order minimum. Transactions falling below this amount will not be processed or cleared for dispatch.
Fulfillment & Partners: For local Lansing, MI customers, we aim for express delivery times averaging 20–30 minutes. To legally and efficiently facilitate orders across Michigan and other cities or states nationwide, we work in close hand-in-hand coordination with a trusted network of licensed partner dispensaries to manage and fulfill your delivery directly to your doorstep.
4. Terms of Payment and Transaction Fees
To maintain operational security and convenience, we process transactions using alternative digital methods.
We accept payments via Zelle, CashApp, Chime, and Bitcoin/Crypto.
Important Fee Notice: All payments processed via Bitcoin/Crypto are subject to a mandatory 4% deduction applied directly to your overall order value.
We do not accept standard physical cash or traditional credit/debit cards at this time.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cloud Cannabis and its partner networks provide access to digital menu services on an “as-is” basis. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not clear age verification, minimum totals, or payment confirmation.
